It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Wayne Quillen of Frankford, Delaware, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennard James Quillen and Lillian Marie Quillen (Truitt); and his sister Anne Teipelke. He is survived by: his son Wayne Bradley Quillen (Joanne) of Lancaster, VA; his brother-in-law Gustave Teipelke of Kennett Square, PA; his friend Judy Baker (Gerald Wayne Pepper); and his cousins, Brenda Messick and Wanda Hurley.
