He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald E. Frey (Jerry); and his parents, Helen Powell Frey and Russell W. Frey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Willett Frey (Pat); his children, Michael J. Frey, Christopher J. Frey (Kimberly Hudson Frey) and Sonja M. Frey; his brother Richard A. Frey; and his sister-in-law Jeanette Quillen Frey. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
