He is survived by: his wife Michele Brown (Krause); his children, Deborah Brown Checco (Jim Junkin), Carrie Brown Javurek (Ben) and Zachary Tyler Brown; his grandchildren, Jack Checco, Maya Checco, Lucas Javurek and Hannah Javurek; his brothers, Neal Brown (Judy), Miner Brown (Harriet) and Terry Brown; his parents-in-law, Joan Krause and Jerry Krause; and his siblings-in-law, David Krause (Gina) and Dianne Dvornicky (Joe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand-dogs.
