He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Taylor and Carlisle Kirts; his daughter Paula; and his sister Debbie. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, John, Tina, Steven Sr., Linda, Kimberly and Ronald Jr.; his siblings, Gary, Gail, Mitzie and Carl David; and his sister-in-law Vicki L. Gwaltney.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holloway Funeral Home- Salisbury (501 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers his family asks for donations to be made in his name to either Delaware Hospice or Roxana Volunteer Fire Company.
