He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Ruggieri Baily; and his parents, Joseph S. and Marjorie MacCloskey Baily. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Lou Coutts (Nick) and Alison Beth Baily; his sister Betsy Mackenzie; and his grandsons, Joey Coutts and Jake Coutts.

Bob was the fortunate recipient of an organ donation in 2009.
