He is survived by: his former wife Marie McIntosh; his children, Karen Boyd, Marc McIntosh, Jeff McIntosh and Eve Tolefree; and his siblings, June Parker, Donald McIntosh, Riley McIntosh and Mona Lisa Clayton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
