He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harrington and Margaret Ann Harrington (Flynn); and his brother Robert Harrington. He is survived by: his wife Emma Marie Harrington; and his siblings, Thomas Harrington of Howard County, MD, Maureen Cathell of Berlin, MD and Kathleen Porterfield.
