He was predeceased by: his fathers, James L. Brasure and Cecil Brasure (Hudson); and his brothers, Larry Brasure and William Brasure. He is survived by: his wife Paulette E. Brasure (Pepper); his children, Susan Irene England of Las Vegas, NV and James L. Brasure, IV of Pittsville, MD; his grandsons, Kyle Nicholas England, James Brasure and Charles Brasure; his brothers, Carroll Brasure (Diane) of Selbyville, DE and Wade Brasure of Selbyville, DE; and his pet Princess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
