He is survived by: his wife Antonetta Kozlowski (Orlando); his children, Natalie Henderson (Kozlowski) and Steven Kozlowski; his grandchildren, Lannah, Deegan and Jake; his brother Joseph Kozlowski; and his stepsister Rosemary Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
