He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kaiser and Nellie Kaiser; and his brother James Kaiser. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Cook); his son Patrick Kaiser (Nicole); his siblings, Francis Kaiser and Mary Seal (Dan); and his grandchildren, Connor, Nicholas, Lucas, Jarrell, Mason and Madison Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
