It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Thomas (Fenwick Island, Delaware), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ferdinand Noel and Lillian Noel; her husband Richard E. Thomas of Fenwick Island; her children, Janine Tempert and Mark Tempert (Maryuri); her stepchildren, Kim Deely (John), Andrea Cullan (Gerry) and Richard Thomas; her siblings, Joan Noel and Richard Noel; and her grandchildren, Sean Deely, Kiley Tempert, Chris Deely, Joseph Tempert, Ada Clare Tempert and Gabriel Tempert.
