He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie D. Osborne and Ruby Shores Osborne; and his siblings, Debbie Voshell and Richard Osborne. He is survived by: his sister Donna Brake of Felton, DE; his niece Jenny Brake (Leland); his great-nieces and great-nephews, McKenna, Camden of Delmar, MD and Bobby Brake (Olivia); and also, Carson and Kinsley of Hurlock.
