He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Leonard; and his brothers, James Foor, Lynn Foor and Jeffrey Foor. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Foor of Felton, Delaware; his daughters, Nicole Cheslock (John) of Dover and Allison Marsiglio of Export, Pennsylvania; his sister Ruth Ann McFarlin (Terry) of Altoona, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Pierce, Eden Cheslock, Dominic, Caleb and Griffin Marsiglio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
