She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mildred, Bob Goldsmith, Mary and Charles Miller. She is survived by: her parents, Mary Ann and Russ Goldsmith; her brothers, Russell Jr. (Sharon) and Thomas (Shannon); her nephew Collin; her nieces, Brenda and Carly; her aunts, Nancy Campana (Albert), Betty Martin (Don) and Jean Stevenson (Bob); and her uncle Robert Miller (Angela).
Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine per the CDC and Governor of Delaware.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shelley's memory to Berean Baptist Church, 1 Holcomb Lane, New Castle, DE 19720.
