He was predeceased by: his brother Logan John Wagner; and his grandmother Emily Wagner. He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Wagner and Rebecca Wagner; his sister Brittany Wagner of Felton; his grandparents, Gary, Marti Seal of Harrington and Norman "Jack" Wagner (Rose) of Felton; his aunts and uncles, Paul (Leslie Seal), Kenneth (Tracy Wagner), Michael (Julie Caynor) and Chris (Melissa Wagner); and his pets, Titan and Nala. He is also survived by many cousins; a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the RyLoWagz Foundation, which was set up in honor of both Ryan and Logan. Donations may be sent to 5442 Hopkins Cemetery Rd., Felton, DE 19943.
