She was predeceased by: her father Walter Boyles; her husband Ralph Billings, Sr.; and her siblings, Paul, Junior, Frances and Theresa.

She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Billings of Dover, David Billings (Connie) of Felton and Ralph Billings, Jr. (Angel) of Wilmington. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Felton Fire Company, 9 East Main St., Felton, DE 19943.
