He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baker (Francis) and Pauline Baker. He is survived by: his wife Carol Baker; his children, Jodi Wright of Felton, Richard Baker (Stacy) of Felton and Kelly Patterson (Chris) of Camden-Wyoming; and his grandchildren, Ronnie, Nikki, Sarah, Alana, Kayla, Charlie, Landin, Rowan and Savannah. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland and Delaware.
