He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Bishop and Elnora Bishop; his wife Patricia Bishop; and his siblings, LeRoy, Louis, Edgar, Jacob, Milton, George, Edith Melvin, Ellen Mackey, Priscilla Bishop and Alice Bishop.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Bishop (Celeste), Debbie Bishop (Don Spencer) and Brenda Pernol (Paul Richard); and his sisters, Kate Breeding and Elnora Jackson. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Melvin Funeral Home (15522 S Dupont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
