She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hegarty and Ruth Hegarty (Paquet); her husband Boyd Franklin Caskey; her siblings, Clarence, Margaret, Robert, George and Richard; and her grandsons, Ryan and Timothy.
She is survived by: her children, Maura Collier, Keith Caskey (Margaret), Howard Caskey (Patricia), Adele Flamm (Howard), Paula Rendfeld (Dave), Phyllis Blevins (Tom), Douglas Caskey (Robin), Terrence Caskey (Paula), Justine Stephanos (George), Christopher Caskey, John Caskey, Patrick Caskey (Cyndi) and Florence David; and her siblings, Joan and David. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine per the CDC and Governor of Delaware.
