He was predeceased by: his wife Delores Doughty; his parents, John Doughty and Dorothy Doughty; and his brother John Doughty. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa D. Doughty (Andre Tabron) and Theresa J. Doughty; his granddaughters, Te'Lisa Doughty-Giddins and Aaliyah Tabron; and his siblings, Yvonne Gibson, Derrick Doughty, Eileen Pettit (Chester Pettit), David Doughty, Vincent Doughty and Naomi Boggs. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The other, 'The New Hope Foundation' rose from his vision of unity; and, as the founder, he created a platform for believers to collectively and purposefully engage in fellowship and worship.
