He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Guyette and Jane Guyette; his granddaughter Ema Miller; and his sister Martha Guyette. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Guyette; his children, Kristine Miller (James), Yvonne Barrett (Chris) and Jack Guyette, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Samantha Lewis (Phil), Cassandra Stahl (Jason), Alex Stinson, James Miller, Jr. and Liz Wilds (Joe). He is also survived by 8 sisters, 1 brother, and a very large extended family.
