She is survived by: her friend Fiona; her mother Jean Sneed of Felton; her husband Philip Dougherty of Felton; her children, Susan Fleming (Dana) of New Castle, DE, Jennifer Kemp (Jim) of Harrington, DE and Mike Dougherty (Sam) of Wilmington, DE; her siblings, Debbie Sneed of Clayton, Amy Gibson (Scott) of Felton, DE, Thomas Dougherty (Betty) of Dover and Stephanie; and her grandchildren, Patrick Roth, Abby Zaun, Michelle Kemp, Brandon Roth, Hunter Fleming and Rebecca Kemp.
