He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Evans and Jean Evans (Prescott). He is survived by: his children, Courtney Bapties, Kyle Bapties and Emilee Sconyers Teal; and his siblings, Paul, Cindy Cogar and Wendy Crawford. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
