He is survived by: his mother Rosalie Kelly (Ray Quillen); his children, Travis, Anna, Cloe, Kyle and Adam; the mother of his children Lisa Quillen; his sister Dolly Womack; his nieces and nephews, Dana, Wesley and Tonya Faulkner; his great-nieces, Ashley and Bailey; and his aunt Lenora Stephens. He is also survived by friends and cousins.
