She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hoffman and Blanche Hoffman; her son Keith Jacobs; and her brothers, Howard and Kevin Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Jacobs; and her children, Denise Brown (Ronnie), Craig Jacobs (Beth), Dawn Fleming (Roger) and Diane Kemp (Mike). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
