Clark, Jr.; her daughters, Brenda Maczis (Gary) and Lisa Slater (Wayne); her grandchildren, Garrett Slater, Rachel Shahan (Dustin), Matthew Slater (Montana), Rebecca Gunnerson (David), Amanda Batson (Sean) and Kaitlyn Slater; her great grandchildren, Caroline Weidlein, Mason Weidlein, Waylon Slater, Noah Gunnerson, Emma Batson and Elliott Batson; her sister Madelyn Hurley; her sister-in-law Jeanne Meding; and her caregivers, Charmonica Mitchell and Retie Campbell.
