She is survived by: her husband Samuel Lewis Jr.; her children, Martha Lewis, Sandra Mullen, Tornita Lewis, Samuel Tingle and Maurice Tingle; and her siblings, Edith Peterson, Florence Taylor and Jake Tingle. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 30+ great grandchildren.
