With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara E. Winterble of Ellendale, Delaware, born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cole and Mildred Alberta Hackney (Long); and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela J. Richardson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
