He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Badger, Sr. and Ida Cora Badger (Heath); and his brother Lonnie Badger. He is survived by: his siblings, Myrna Sturgis of Georgetown, DE, Jeanette Hall, Thomas Badger, III Eddie (New York) and David Badger; and his child Sharee Dunlap. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
