He is survived by: his spouse Dorretta Hitchens; his children, Jeff A. Deshields (Pearl) of Greenwood, DE, Jeffrey A. Deshields, Sr. (Shirlene) of Dover, DE, Marvin A. Deshields (Katrina) of Felton, DE and Raymond B. Deshields of Felton, DE; and his sisters, Betty Lewis and Levenia Smith of Concord, DE. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two great great granddaughters; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.
