She is survived by: her children, Valarie Skinner Matthews, Marcus Skinner of Dover, DE, Charlene Green (Yolanda Barnes) of Tacoma, WA and Robinson; her siblings, Robert G. Skinner II, Robert Skinner III, Stevie Skinner (PA), Howard Jones, Ronald Skinner, Michael Skinner, Mervin L. Jones, Jr. (DE), Patricia Skinner, Elizabeth Skinner (PA), Vanessa Banks (Elijah), Leona Jones (DE), Acquanetta Tucker (TX) and Delsie Jenkins (MD); her grandchildren, Natassia McFadden, Randall Matthews, Sheila Matthews, Marcus Skinner, Jr. Charles Little (DE) and Tamikia Jones (WA); her great grandchildren, Ahjeona Powell, Zahir Bloom, John Diggs, Jr. and Samiah Mathis (DE); and her close friends, Rhonda Beckett, Liz and Barbara.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Delaware State University Martin Luther King Center (1200 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901).
