He is survived by: his wife Nelda Evans (Brubaker) of Dover, DE; his sons, Jeff Evans (Margie) of Felton, DE, Steve Evans (Sonya) of Dover, DE and David Evans (Sylvie) of Nashua, NH; his grandchildren, Jennifer Fawcett (Ryan, Kimberly Evans), Jonathan Evans (Haley), Stephanie Sapp (Steven, Kelli), Julie Reilly (Josh, Danielle Evans), Matthew Evans and Coreylynn Banville; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Griffin, Ruby Reilly, Landen, Logan Sapp, Ryleigh, Cole Stubbs, Jackson and Haven Evans.
