She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ward and Josephine Reavey Ward; her siblings, Philomena Cooke (Joe Cooke) and Peter Ward; and her siblings-in-law, Harry McDermott and Cathy Ward.
She is survived by: her husband William DeLand Hall; her children, Colleen Elizabeth of Philadelphia and Andrew DeLand of Philadelphia; her siblings, Malachy Ward (Judy), Bernadette McDermott, Patrick Ward (Jackey), Gabrielle Defosse (Bob) and Betty Jo Lockman (Curt); and her pets, Storm, Winston and Moose. She is also survived by many neighbors, former co-workers, loving friends and family.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19904). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
