He was predeceased by: his brother Jack of California. He is survived by: his wife Virginia H. Kooker; his cousin Sally Strickler; his children, Kevin Kooker (Susan) and Keith Kooker (Monica); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Ashley and Ryan.
