Richard S. Carty Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard S. Carty (Dover, Delaware), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on September 7, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph B. Carty, Sr. and Mildred G. Carty (Charlotte L. Carty); and his siblings, Ralph B. Carty Jr., Jean C. Birch and Mary Virginia Volka.

He is survived by: his siblings, Harold G. Carty (Crin) and Marjorie C. Ciunci; his sister-in-law Mary Edna Carty; his daughter Lori Hegman (Rod); his grandchildren, Austin and Amber Ford; and his great grandchild Devan Ford. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
