He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Latsko and Coleman Latsko. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Jeanne R. of Magnolia, DE, Richard Jr. of Phoenix, AZ and Angela L. of Dover; his sister Patricia of Bobtown, PA; and his pal Sasha.
