He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Satterfield and Margaret Satterfield (Hopkins); his brother Frederick Satterfield; his daughters, Sharon Satterfield and Tracy Hobbs; and his grandchildren, Karen Connelly and Kris Yerkie.
He is survived by: his wife Edith M. Satterfield (Smithers); his daughter Connie Satterfield; his grandchildren, Tina Yearsley, Terri Tucker and Dale Connelly; and his great grandchildren, Amy Tucker and Raven Wasser.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trader Funeral Home (12 Lotus St, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of Flowers, the family would like to suggest donations be made to Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company P.O. Box 55 Magnolia, DE 19962.
