He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Emanuel Browning and Mary Susie Drennen; and his siblings, Alice "Marie" Browning Smith, John William Browning, James Perry Browning, Ruby Maxine Browning Sheldon, Betty "Jane" Browning Kelley, Freda M. Browning James, Oliver Emerson Browning, Gladys Margaret Browning Morton, Dolly Ethel Browning White and George E. Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Mercedes Browning; his sister Jean White (Larry); his sons, Paul Browning Jr. and Tony Browning (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Joseph, Marisa and Elena.
