She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius C. Webb and Alice Robbins Webb of Milford, Delaware.; her husband Robert E. Osborne, Jr.; and her siblings, Kathryn I. Webb, Orpha W. Ashton (Grover) and L. Robbins Webb of Milford.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jean O. Simons (Howard) of Glenview and Leslie O. McKernan (Stephen) of League City; her grandchildren, A. Levi Simons (Stacie) of Los Angeles, Samuel Z. Simons (Erica) of Sheboygan Falls, Stephanie G. McKernan of Houston and Jennifer A. McKernan of Houston; her great grandchild Eva Roseleigh Simons of Sheboygan Falls; and her sister-in-law Kathryn D. Webb of Milford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
