She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Biddle and Lena Biddle (Drake); her former husband Cleatus Steen; her husband John Carothers; and her siblings, Leora M. Kelly, Sarah Florence Kitchen, William Lynwood Biddle and Leon Thomas Biddle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lofland Funeral Home (102 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE 19963). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
