A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evan W. Smith Funeral Services (518 S Bay Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Emmanuel A. M. E. Church Cemetery (1755 Lockwood Chapel Rd, Hartly, DE 19953).
