She was predeceased by: her brother Scott E. Jenkins. She is survived by: her father Bruce E. Jenkins; her stepmother Adele C. Morris-Jenkins; her husband William D. Kasulke; her children, William T. Kramer II (Sarah E. Chapman), K. Amanda Farrell (Charles), K. Paige Seibert (Brian), James S. Kasulke and Jonathan D. Kasulke; and her grandchildren, Joey and Ashla.
