It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Josephine Louise Strong of Dover, Delaware, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Moore and Anna Louise Moore; her siblings, Mary Anna Johnson, Connie Starkey and Kenneth Moore; her niece Pam McNamara; and her great-niece Erin Murphy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Davis (Scott) of Dover, Debbie Gallagher (Jim) of Pennsylvania and Tina Strong of Florida; her grandchildren, Zachary, Cody, Jenna Davis, Ryann Kulak (Kevin), Regan, Jimmy Gallagher and Jami Mckibbin; her great grandchildren, Adalynne Renee Davis, Quinn and Patrick Kulak; her sister Debbie Jack (Rusty) of Frederica; her siblings-in-law, Dickie Johnson, Louis Starkey and Josie Moore; her close friend Judy Carrow; and her caregiver Belinda Musa.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the People's United Church of Christ (46 S Bradford St, Dover, DE 19901). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
