She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kurilko and Julia Andrenok; and her siblings, Marie and Joseph Kurilko. She is survived by: her significant other Joe; her children, Joseph Konrad III and Julia Konrad; and her son-in-law Dylan Wergelis-Isaacson.

To honor Josie's memory and to continue her legacy of helping others, the family is establishing the Josephine F. Konrad Memorial Scholarship for nursing students at Delaware Technical Community College, and asks that donations to the fund be considered in lieu of flowers.
