He is survived by: his children, Joseph W. Patrick III of Deltona, FL, Ricky Patrick of Dover, DE and Tracy Thomas of Deltona, FL; and his granddaughter Alexa Patrick of Dover, DE. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Heart and Stroke Association.
