He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Hattley; his children, Johoshophot Williams II, Antoinette Monique Williams, Danyeal Smith, Quatina Hattley and Ryheen Hattley; and his brother Purnell Stratton (Irabelle). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrews Lutheran Church (425 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
