He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Hughley (Anthony) of York, PA and Lauren Folrez (Adrian) of Seattle, WA; his siblings, Richard Foley (Kathy) of Warwick, MD, Donald Foley (Bonnie) of Warwick, MD, Mariann Baker (Gary) of Milford, DE, Virginia Kauffman (Robert) of Lewes and Elizabeth Watkins (Mark) of Wilmington, DE; his grandchildren, Aidan, Kyra, Isaac and Carl; and his close friend Jane Youmans.
