It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse E Collier (Dover, Delaware), born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jacqueline "Jackie" Collier; and his siblings, Louin Collier of Ruckersville and Ruth Collier of Charlottesville. He is survived by: his children, John R. Collier (Cathy) of Milton, Gary L. Collier (Kathleen) of Tomball and Elizabeth A. Jones (Tad) of Dover; and his siblings, David W. Collier (Vreni) of Earlysville, Peggy I. Cassity (Bill) of Jacksonville and Robert A. Lester (Flora Lynn) of Salisbury. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Union Lodge No. 7, AF&AM, 1486 Wyoming Mill Rd., Dover, Delaware 19904.
