He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee and Louise Welch. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his siblings, Willie Lee Welch, Jr. (Maria) and Silvia Thomas (Theodore); his sons, Jemmie Lee, Jr., Jeriel Lee and Victor Barnes, Jr. (Louwanda); and his grandchildren, Jaquez, Jamnasia, Jimmiko, Josiah and Zoelle. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, relatives and friends.
