Luter of Grandview, MO; his wife Twila Robinson of Wyoming, DE; his siblings, Joyce Robinson of Cedar Park, TX, La-Rhonda Murphy of El Paso, TX, El-Vester Robinson of Kansas City, MO and Ja-Renna Floyd of Grandview, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Janis Walker of Houston, TX, Karita Robinson of El Paso, TX, Sharon Robinson of Kansas City, MO, Dr. Ja-Ronika Veldheer (Thomas) of Key West, FL and Du-Wan Floyd of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by extended family and a close circle of friends.
